Abstract

It is difficult for me to assume development of information and communication in the future. At the same time we live in a new area, where information and communication would be combined with any other area. In relation to pharmacy law, "Teleconference vending machine is approved as the creative fusion that combines the new technologies. It has the benefit of being able to achieve the effect of reducing medical expenses and eliminate the inconvenience of residents. This issue interests especially us because it corresponds to the typical case for the implementation of the government"s key national issues as the creative economy for the president. In this paper, "teleconference vending machine eliminates uncomfortable position with the introduction of a night time or holidays such as people who oppose the introduction of the system itself.
Efforts to raise the legal implications through the comparison of the German research has been devoting too. The introduction of the teleconference vending machine in Germany has no legal conflict situation, but a reasonable interpretation or amendment of the complementary sub-decree laws pharmacist at night or on weekends, enhance the benefit of the public holidays and the purchase of non prescription drugs, as well as under the control of a pharmacist public safety and health protection will be enabled. The introduction of the teleconference vending machine shall be given the opportunity that people have better life convenience than now.
